The Priestley Medal honors individuals for distinguished services to chemistry. It includes a $20,000 research grant, a commemorative gold medallion, certificate, and up to $2,500 travel reimbursement to attend the award presentation meeting.
Open to individuals regardless of race, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, disabilities, or educational background. Members of the ACS Board of Directors are ineligible.
