This program funds projects at two-year colleges to advance innovation and promote student success in STEM education. It supports activities across all NSF-supported STEM disciplines, including social, behavioral, and economic sciences. Projects may request up to $500,000 for three years, with an additional $100,000 for institutions without recent NSF funding, extending duration to four years. Collaborative proposals are allowed with two-year colleges as lead. The program aligns with NSF's IUSE framework to enhance undergraduate STEM education.
Eligible applicants are accredited two-year colleges offering undergraduate STEM degree programs. Baccalaureate, Master’s, and Doctoral institutions may participate only as collaborators or subawardees, with two-year colleges as lead.
