The HSI Education Grants Program supports Hispanic-Serving Institutions in enhancing education, applied research, and community development initiatives. Funded projects should propose innovative teaching or community outreach activities that can serve as models regionally or nationally. Applications may include student involvement in applied research and outreach as part of formal education programs. Projects must benefit the entire institution's population, not solely Hispanic students.
Only Hispanic-Serving Institutions with at least 25% full-time undergraduate Hispanic enrollment are eligible. Applicants must certify eligibility with documentation and a signed letter from an authorized representative.
