This funding supports a nonprofit to establish and operate the Region 4 Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center. The center will provide technical assistance, business development support, and access-to-capital resources to help small businesses compete for transportation contracts. The recipient will also conduct outreach, connect businesses with agencies and contractors, and report performance metrics to the funding agency.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and 501(c)(6) organizations located in Region 4 states. Applicants must be nonprofit organizations or educational institutions.
