This grant supports nonprofits in providing technical assistance and training to rural associations addressing water and waste issues, including source, storage, treatment, distribution, collection, and disposal. It also aids in preparing loan and grant applications and improving facility management. Funds cannot be used for capital assets, construction, or political activities.
