This grant supports initiatives that improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities in Ca Mau and Quang Ngai, provinces heavily sprayed with agent orange. Funded activities include health, social, and rehabilitation programs addressing the long-term impacts of agent orange exposure on affected populations.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations, as well as others specified in additional eligibility information. Applicants must focus on supporting persons with disabilities in specified Vietnamese provinces.
