This grant supports institutions of higher education with low to medium research activity to develop capacity for innovation translation and technology transfer. Awards provide up to $3 million over 3 years to build economic benefit opportunities. Renewal funding up to $1 million for 2 additional years may be available based on performance. Proposals must be led by and focused on one institution.
