The MinnPACE Program enables agricultural, commercial, industrial businesses and eligible nonprofits to finance energy efficiency or renewable energy systems affixed to eligible properties. Financing is provided through a special assessment added to the property’s tax statement, facilitating access to capital for sustainable energy improvements.
