The UPSKILL grant provides New Jersey employers and related organizations with up to 50% reimbursement for frontline incumbent worker training to meet occupational skill needs. It supports training across all industry sectors but excludes company-required annual training and new-employee onboarding. Eligible applicants include employers, labor and community organizations, educational institutions, training providers, and government entities.
Eligible applicants include single employers, employer organizations, labor organizations, community-based and faith-based organizations, educational institutions, training providers, and government entities in New Jersey.
