The Grow with Us Grant provides schools with three vertical aeroponic Tower Gardens and all necessary materials to facilitate experiential learning in food, agriculture, and nutrition. It targets New York State certified PreK-12 teachers and requires submission of a Lead Teacher Agreement and Letter of Support. Awardees receive supplies to start their grow system with an expectation to sustain the project beyond initial setup.
Eligible applicants are New York State certified PreK-12 teachers currently teaching in New York State. Public, private, charter, and homeschool groups may apply. Certified agriculture teachers and previous recipients are not eligible.
