This grant funds states, DC, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Pacific jurisdictions to provide community mental health services. It supports planning, implementation, and reporting of programs targeting adults with serious mental illnesses and children with serious emotional disturbances. Grantees must form planning councils and comply with federal requirements. Technical assistance is available to support evidence-based programs.
Eligible applicants are all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and 6 Pacific jurisdictions.
