The Henriette Herz Scouting Programme invites German researchers at various career stages holding professorships or equivalent roles to identify and recommend outstanding junior researchers abroad, especially those new to Humboldt fellowships. The programme emphasizes recruiting female researchers and those not previously connected to the Humboldt Foundation. Scouts recommend up to three talents for Humboldt Research Fellowships. Applications are accepted online anytime, with selection twice yearly.
