Funds planning, development, cleanup, site preparation, and construction activities. Eligible projects include development near transit stops, small area plans, and station overlay districts within Livable Communities participating cities.
Eligible applicants are projects related to transit oriented development located in Livable Communities participating cities. Projects must align with TOD goals and be within specified proximity to transit stations or corridors.
