This program funds technical assistance to facilitate the transition of previously funded SBIR and STTR Phase II and Phase IIB projects to commercialization. Support includes preparation for FDA submissions, intellectual property strategy development, and clinical trial planning. The small business must maintain oversight of R&D work. Clinical trials themselves are not supported under this opportunity.
