The Professional Fellows Program offers 5-6 week intensive fellowships in U.S. non-profits, private sector, and government offices. It fosters leadership development, professional skills, and sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from eligible countries and the U.S.
Applicants must be 25-40 years old, employed with at least two years of professional experience, proficient in English, and citizens residing in eligible countries.
