The LRBAA invites the scientific and technical communities to submit original research and development proposals that advance knowledge and apply advances to operational environments for national security. It covers a broad range of subjects and allows flexible submission schedules. Eligible applicants include businesses, universities, national labs, and R&D organizations worldwide. Funded projects focus on state-of-the-art research or unique prototypes requiring proof of concept, with all submissions peer reviewed.
Open to businesses of all sizes, universities, national laboratories, and other R&D organizations, both domestic and international.
