This funding opportunity sponsors initiatives that foster scientific cooperation between academics in Middle and Eastern Europe and those in Eastern Germany. It supports long-term institutional collaborations, research stays of up to three months, and academic visits within renewed research stays. Eligible applicants are former Humboldt research fellows from specified countries in Middle and Eastern Europe.
