Supports up to 25 human services professionals annually with grants up to $10,000 to implement plans for personal and professional renewal. The program targets experienced professionals committed to serving vulnerable residents in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion, and Morgan counties, encouraging sustained engagement in human services.
Applicants must be human services professionals employed by a UWCI agency or invited organization, with at least 8 consecutive years in human services nonprofits and 5 years at their current organization. They must serve clients in specified counties and plan to remain in the field for 2+ years.
