The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program offers continuation funding for State agencies currently awarded under the 2025 program. It supports a broad range of criminal justice activities including law enforcement, prosecution, prevention, corrections, drug treatment, planning, victim services, and mental health programs related to criminal justice. Applications are reviewed for compliance, quality, and budget appropriateness with funding decisions contingent on availability.
Eligible applicants are State agencies currently receiving an award under the 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Program from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.
