The Aspen Institute Economic Mobility Fellowship convenes senior leaders from large companies to learn effective strategies, gain leadership tools, and identify ways to align business incentives with employee, customer, and community success. It selects a highly selective group of leaders committed to advancing economic opportunity and social impact through business initiatives.
Eligible applicants are senior leaders with 10+ years of experience in large private or public companies, who have authority to lead high-impact initiatives and are committed to advancing economic opportunity in the U.S.
