The Mayfield Fellows Program is a 9-month work-study initiative that transforms Stanford undergraduates and co-terminal students into entrepreneurial leaders. It combines coursework, paid summer internships at startups, and mentorship from alumni and venture capitalists to develop skills in leadership, judgment, ethics, finance, and people management essential for technology venture success.
Open to active undergraduate or co-terminal Stanford students. Applicants must be available on campus during spring and autumn 2027 quarters and able to intern in the San Francisco Bay Area in summer 2027.
