The State Tutoring Fund provides funding to approved tutoring providers contracted with ADE to support students in Arizona public or charter schools rated D or F. Tutoring must follow program guidelines including group size limits, scheduling restrictions, and cannot replace core instruction. Providers are compensated $60 per tutoring hour and must submit monthly invoices and annual reports. Eligible students are those attending qualifying schools, with strict provider eligibility rules.
Eligible schools are those with a D or F letter grade per Arizona State Board of Education. All students attending these schools are eligible. Individual private tutors, school administrators, staff, and ESA tutors are not eligible to provide tutoring.
