Provides funding up to $7,500 for nonprofit organizations delivering programs and services in Commerce City. Eligible activities include emergency housing for homeless families, volunteer services, meals for seniors, advocacy and emergency assistance for domestic violence victims, health care, mental health support, and local food banks. Grants exclude funding for salaries, rent, debt, research, and religious or capital campaigns.
Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits in good standing serving Commerce City residents. Only one application per organization is allowed, with required documentation and a non-discrimination statement. Certain expenses and program types are excluded.
