The Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) is seeking a third-party broadband engineer firm or company to provide final inspection services for all BEAD project areas within Washington. WSBO has approximately 180 project areas requiring final inspection located throughout the state and on tribal land. The contractor will provide a physical audit conducted by engineers and/or compliance teams to verify that the deployed network matches approved engineering designs and meets federal and state performance standards before project closeout. The selection will be based on review of technical, managerial, personnel, and Organizational Conflict of Interest aspects of proposals. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law's BEAD federal grant program to promote online access by funding infrastructure and increasing high-speed internet adoption.
