The Ontario Job Grant provides funding to employers to train existing employees and new hires with confirmed job offers. It supports workforce development by helping businesses upgrade employee skills through approved third party training providers. Funding is partially provided by the Government of Canada to meet evolving workplace needs.
Employers training existing employees or new hires with a confirmed job offer are eligible to apply.
