Provides financial assistance for full-time or part-time release of local presidents to promote growth and strength in NEA local associations. The program aims to enhance effectiveness in supporting NEA’s Strategic Priorities through leadership development and local association support.
Eligible applicants are local presidents and NEA local associations.
