The FAO Schwarz Fellowship offers graduating seniors paid, two-year assignments with leading nonprofit organizations in Boston, New York City, and Philadelphia. Fellows engage directly with host communities, lead strategic projects, and enhance the capacity and impact of their host organizations while gaining deep knowledge of social issues.
Open to graduating seniors interested in nonprofit and community leadership roles. Applicants must be completing their undergraduate degree.
