This nationally recognized fellowship invites recent college graduates to join teams working under Horseshoe Farm’s 6-pillar community health model. Fellows receive ongoing teaching and mentorship while contributing to community strengthening and leadership development in community health and citizen service. The program includes work at a community center in Pomona.
Eligible applicants are graduating seniors and recent college alumni from across the country.
