This grant supports large building projects that reduce emissions by meeting or exceeding Building Performance Colorado targets. Awards range from $500,000 to $2 million, covering 50-65% of implementation costs. Eligibility requires building compliance with BPC standards and emissions assessments.
Eligible applicants must have buildings ≥50,000 sq ft covered under Building Performance Colorado, be in good standing with benchmarking and fee requirements, have completed an Emissions Reduction Assessment, and for public buildings, have a qualifying renovation after October 15, 2023.
