The Sundaram Seshu International Student Fellowship funds academically outstanding PhD students in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Preference is given to foreign students of Asian origin who have passed their qualifying exams and are well into their research. The fellowship supports students in need of financial assistance who are not graduating before May of the next calendar year.
Applicants must be PhD students in Electrical Engineering at UIUC, have passed their qualifying exams, demonstrate high scholastic achievement, and not graduate before May of the next calendar year. Preference is given to foreign students of Asian origin.
