The fellowship develops leadership capacities of current and emerging academic leaders through seminars, retreats, leadership training with the Center for Creative Leadership, and ongoing opportunities. Eight fellows receive a $5,000 stipend and participate in a fall orientation, week-long training, semester-long seminars, and retreats across the fellowship year.
Open to tenure-track faculty who are tenured and fixed-term faculty with at least seven years of instructional service at UNC-Chapel Hill. Applicants must be faculty members at UNC-Chapel Hill.
