This recurring fund provides financial support to veterinarians practicing large animal care in 70 North Carolina counties with populations under 100,000. Funds may be used for educational loan repayment, purchasing equipment or technology, or other approved uses to promote and develop large animal veterinary services in these designated areas.
Eligible applicants are veterinarians practicing in one of 70 North Carolina counties with populations of 100,000 or fewer, dedicating at least 30% of their patient care to large animal veterinary services.
