This cooperative agreement supports research synthesizing practitioner knowledge and scientific data to adapt invasive plant treatment strategies for warming temperatures in the Northeast. Funded projects should advance priorities including energy dominance, critical mineral development, water security, infrastructure resilience, and natural hazard preparedness. Research may involve hydrology, geology, geospatial science, biosecurity, and near-earth space science to develop actionable science and tools for resource managers.
Eligible applicants must be participating partners of the North Atlantic Coast Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU) Program. This opportunity is limited to organizations involved in this cooperative partnership.
