Supports international researchers whose projects add significant value to German Priority Programmes or Research Groups. Special agreements enable researchers from Austria, Luxembourg, and Switzerland to submit proposals financed by their partner organizations without usual requirements. Funding is provided directly by the DFG to complement coordinated German research efforts.
Eligible applicants are researchers abroad whose projects contribute importantly to German Priority Programmes or Research Groups. Researchers from Austria, Luxembourg, and Switzerland may apply under special agreements.
