This program provides grants to U.S. small business concerns that have active NIH SBIR or STTR Phase II or Phase IIB awards. It supports late-stage research and development and technical assistance to help move projects from development to commercialization. Only one award per project is allowed, with standard NIH SBIR/STTR application deadlines.
Eligible applicants are U.S.-based small business concerns with an active NIH SBIR or STTR Phase II or Phase IIB award within the last 36 months. Only one award per project is allowed.
