This grant funds projects that help service providers improve their methods of assisting farmers through research-based education. Funded projects must promote sustainable and regenerative agriculture innovation in the Northeast USDA region, demonstrate farmer impact, innovation, and replicability, and align with regional and USDA priorities. Eligible applicants include extension educators, consultants, agency personnel, nonprofit staff, and other professionals supporting farmers.
Open to service providers such as extension educators, consultants, agency personnel, nonprofit staff, realtors, bankers, attorneys, or farmers assisting other farmers in the Northeast USA region through research-based education.
