This program funds the creation of a network of retailers and contractors to sell and install ENERGY STAR certified heat pump dryers, including all-in-one washer-dryers, for New York households below 150% AMI. It provides rebates for appliances and necessary electrical wiring and panel upgrades required for installation.
Eligible applicants are New York households with income below 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
