Provides 3-year grants for projects focused on climate change and air pollution issues such as air pollution monitoring, extreme heat risk mitigation, resiliency and adaptation strategies, indoor pollution reduction, and community engagement. Supports eligible entities including tribes, local governments, universities partnered with community-based non-profits, and community-based non-profit organizations or their partnerships.
Eligible applicants include tribes, local governments, universities partnered with community-based non-profits, community-based non-profits alone, or partnerships of such organizations.
