This program provides flexible, low-interest loans and grants to support carbon dioxide transport infrastructure projects. It aims to facilitate private sector investment and build initial excess capacity on new infrastructure to enable future growth in CO2 transport and carbon capture efforts.
Eligible applicants include other federal agencies, state and local entities, and private sector entities.
