This program provides multi-year grant funding to organizations, programs, and initiatives that focus on advancing leadership among Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) within the region. It supports efforts to strengthen BIPOC leadership capacity and impact. More details and application availability will be announced in summer 2026.
