This invitation-only grant program provides multi-year general operating support to organizations working to adapt, transform, or disrupt systems to achieve equitable results in the East Metro area. It prioritizes efforts addressing root causes of disparities impacting marginalized communities and those aligned with the Informs, Forms, Benefits framework. Approximately two to three grants will be awarded from a total pool of up to $1.2 million in 2026.
Eligible applicants include 501(c)3 organizations, government entities, educational institutions, or organizations with a fiscal sponsor.
