This grant supports Pennsylvania undergraduate students who have been in foster care at age 16 or older and are enrolled at least half-time in Title IV eligible postsecondary institutions. It provides up to $5,000 to cover educational expenses not met by other financial aid. Applicants must file FAFSA, be PA residents, demonstrate financial need, maintain academic progress, and meet other foster care-related eligibility criteria.
Applicants must be Pennsylvania residents, have experienced foster care at age 16 or older, be under 26 by July 1 of the academic year, enrolled at least half-time in an eligible institution, demonstrate financial need, and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
