This grant funds state and local prosecutors and justice professionals to prevent, investigate, and prosecute criminal offenses related to voter roll integrity and voter fraud. Eligible activities include addressing illegal voting and registration crimes such as votes cast by ineligible individuals including aliens, felons, deceased persons, minors, and those voting multiple times or impersonating others.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city or township, special district, and Native American tribal governments, as well as other units of local government such as towns, boroughs, parishes, and villages.
