This grant recruits classified school employees into teaching careers in STEM, special education, bilingual education, and transitional kindergarten. It provides financial assistance for tuition, fees, books, exam fees, academic guidance, and individualized support. Eligible agencies may receive up to $4,800 per participant annually for up to four years. Participants must fulfill a one-year service commitment.
