Supports nonprofit organizations in conducting comprehensive organizational assessments to evaluate strengths and areas for improvement in management, governance, and infrastructure. Grants up to $12,000 cover consultant and note-taker expenses for 4-6 month projects aimed at strengthening leadership and capacity in key focus areas.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations in operation for at least three years with annual revenue of $75,000 or more. They must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3), located in the Greater St. Louis Bi-State Region, and serve one of the specified MMF focus areas.
