Eligible applicants are Nebraska-accredited public or private schools or nonprofit organizations serving pre-K-12 students located in Southeast Nebraska counties including Otoe, Nemaha, Richardson, Pawnee, Gage, Johnson, and parts of Cass and Lancaster.
