The Rockfield Manor Foundation Scholarship awards $1,000 to Harford County residents pursuing Workforce Development certificates at Harford Community College. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, textbooks, supplies, or uniforms. Applicants must submit a scholarship narrative and may be interviewed by the Scholarship Committee. Recipients might participate in a photo opportunity.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, residents of Harford County, in good financial standing with the College, and have completed required assessment tests prior to applying.
