This scholarship assists Malaysian students pursuing their first degree, masters, doctorate, or post-graduate diplomas at local or overseas institutions. It funds subsistence, tuition fees, book and thesis allowances, air tickets, equipment, final semester study, and clothing allowances. The foundation also offers a limited educational loan to eligible students.
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens under 25 years old, have completed the first year of a Bachelor's degree at a local institution, and have no existing loan or scholarship.
