This program funds partnerships between participating counties and the North Carolina Department of Information Technology to competitively build broadband infrastructure and provide service to unserved areas using federal American Rescue Plan Act funds.
Eligible applicants are participating counties and the North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT).
