This fund provides grants to IRS 501(c)3 organizations or their fiscal sponsors located in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Camden counties. It supports groups using community organizing to create sustainable social change focused on racial and economic justice. Applicants must be current with prior Bread & Roses grant reports and submit complete applications by March 1, 2027.
